Carolyn Kay and Lauri Reesor 

Carolyn Kay and Lauri Reesor are both partners in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office and are two of the very few management-side lawyers in Ontario with extensive pay equity expertise. That expertise extends to both Ontario and Federal Pay Equity and they regularly advise employers on compliance issues. They have provided training and spoken regularly about pay equity, both to employer groups, including the HRPA, and individual employers. They represent employers in any litigation that may ensue at the Ontario Pay Equity Commission or Tribunal, and now with the Federal Pay Equity Commission.

As labour and employment lawyers, Carolyn and Lauri’s practices extend to, among other areas, labour arbitrations, human rights litigation and education law.
